Overall Performance Report is the category that will display the list of all the reports related to the overall performances of Quality Analysts.

To access this feature, click on the Menu button or move the mouse on the left side of the page to open the menu bar, then click on the Reports   option and select Report, as shown below:

The system will direct the user on the Reports page, click on the Reports Home button as highlighted in the screen below:

The Reports Home window will be opened on the same page. The Search Bar displayed on the window allows the user to search any specific report by entering keywords in the search bar text-box, as shown below:

To access these reports, select Reports Home > Overall Performance Report.

Then, the system will display the list of reports under the Overall Performance Report category as shown below:

2. Call Section Level QA score
3. Section Level Score By Sub Program
4. Daily Program Summary Report By Sub Program
5. Overall Score Report by Sub Program

7. Overall Monthly Section Average Score Report
8. Overall Performance By Program
9. Overall Program Parameter Level Count
10. Overall Program Performance by Center
11. Overall Program QA Score
12. Overall Weekly Program Summary Report
13. Overall Weekly Section Average Score Report
14. Pareto Report
15. View Section Score Comparison By Week
16. Weekly Executive Summary Report
17. Overall Location Level Program Summary Report
