QEval can be seamlessly integrated with any Speech & Text Analytics Platform, CRM, Call Recording System or Dialing Platforms. We provide options for integrating via various methods such as SFTP, AWS S3 bucket & APIs.
No, only one account can be created for one email address. Multiple accounts with the same email address cannot be created.
- If you have forgotten your password and you are unable to get access to your account, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the Sign In page.
- A Change Password pop-up window will appear, then enter your registered email address and click Submit button.
- You will receive instructions for creating a new password at the provided registered email address. The instructions will contain a link directing you to a Change Your Password pop-up window where you can change your password easily.
- Once you change your password, you can start accessing your account with the newly created password.
Follow these steps to change your password:
- Login with the given credentials.
- Click the Change Password link located at the top of the screen.
- Provide a new password and then confirm in the Password fields.
- Click on the Change Password button and a new password will be configured. Also, a confirmatory message Password changed successfully! we will be displayed on the screen.
Yes. there is a built-in option to export all the data in a desirable format such as Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Data Feed etc.
Yes. When you upgrade to a live account, all evaluations and data will be available in your account.
